Viveks Save & Buy: Terms and Conditions
- ✓ This is a product purchase scheme, and cash will not be refunded.
- ✓ Payments must be made by cash or online mode.
- ✓ All digital payments must be made using the official Viveks QR code. Do not pay to any staff's personal accounts.
- ✓ To be eligible for a bonus, all payments must be made on or before the due date.
- ✓ A grace period of three days is permitted for monthly payments.
- ✓ Purchasing goods before the scheme ends makes you ineligible for the bonus.
- ✓ If the selected brand or model is unavailable at the time of redemption, the customer may choose an equivalent model of their choice or opt to purchase a Viveks Gift Voucher for the eligible value.
- ✓ At the end of the scheme, you can purchase goods for the value of your accrued amount plus the bonus.
- ✓ Products can be purchased only after 30 days from the last installment payment.
- ✓ Keep your passbook and monthly receipts safe, as they must be returned when you make a purchase.
- ✓ Ensure every payment is entered in your passbook.
- ✓ Free Gift Offer: Customers who close the scheme within 5 months will have the gift value deducted from their settlement.
- ✓ Gifts are not applicable for laptops and smartphones.
- ✓ All disputes are subject to Chennai jurisdiction only.
